Over the course of several years, we'll have a series of face-to-face meetings where we get to know you and help you identify and shape your goals for your college experience. Then we'll make sure you get there. 

Typically, our client meetings are twice a year and are held in a professional meeting room space in Tampa-St.Petersburg area or at a business suite near the client. CTC keeps in touch with the student and family with regular emails, phone calls, and texts in between meetings. Families receive a customized calendar and to-do list based on the colleges and universities they plan to pursue. Clients use the CTC client portal to access college research tools, manage our appointments, view their customized list of tasks, and store drafts of their application essays and other shared documents. 

For students who are located outside of our current service areas (Tampa-St. Petersburg metro and Washington DC metro), we offer virtual meetings via Zoom Meeting.
